In this review I’m going to answer what Adobe exactly is about, their Pros and Cons, along with showing you the shocking software and how you can use it to create extraordinary projects so you can share your passion with the world.

What Is Adobe?

Adobe is a multimedia company with creativity products and most recently toward digital marketing software. Adobe is best known for Adobe flash which is that annoying screen that appears when you try to watch a video but you can’t until you enable your flash player or download it.

We’ve all been there done that, right? Adobe is also known for it’s range of suite programs like the Photoshop image editing software, Adobe Illustrator, Vector graphics editor, Acrobat Reader, The Portable Document Format(PDF), And Adobe Creative Suite, as well as its successor Adobe Creative Cloud.

Quick Backstory - History Of Adobe

Adobe was founded in 1982 by a man named John Warnock and Charles Geschke, who both established the company after leaving Xerox PARC in order to develop and sell the Postscript page description language.

The company was started in John Warnock’s garage. The name “Adobe” comes from “Adobe Creek” in Los Altos, California, which ran behind Warnock’s house. Cool story…

Steve Jobs once tried to buy Adobe for $5 MILLION in 1982, but both Warnock and Geschke refused. But their investors urged to work something out with Steve, so they did and agreed to sell him shares worth 19 percent of the company.  Anyways, let’s get moving forward to the inside of the adobe software - the fun stuff!

Adobe Pros And Cons

Pros:

  • Adobe is the most powerfully integrated program so you can embrace your creativty and add “touch” to your projects which means you’ll impress much more and deliver your message in a way that surpasses your expectations.
  • Versatility to build and create anything that comes to your mind so you can easily edit, add, improve, and design a piece of art you will alaways be happy about which means you’ll finally get people off your back telling ou “when will it work out for you?
  • More control over your vision so you don’t have to worry about creating something for someone else or being limited by inventiveness which means you’re going to produce an end product you will really be happy about.
  • Easily integrated workflows so you can collaborate with your teams members faster which means you’ll always be on top of what you must get done.

Cons:

  • There really are no cons and I’m not being biased here. Adobe is a blessing and it makes everything so much more bearable and easier to work with, from siply creating PDF documents without using other third party apps that might shut down, to the creativity you can embrace, that’s a win!

Adobe Alternatives

Wouldn’t it be wrong for me to hold back and show you the great Adobe Alternatives?

Here are some of those:

  • Pixlr
  • Lightroom alternative: Rawtherapee
  • Illustrator alternative: Inkscape
  • InDesign Alternative: ScribusPremier Pro alternative: DaVinci Resolve
  • After effects alternative: Blender

Although these are great alternatives, Adobe is the premier creative software and you get the best quality with them. Like they say “You pay for what you get.”

What I Liked Most About Adobe

There’s so much I like about Adobe that it’s hard to just chooe one thing I liked most but If I had to pick…

I’d say the robust frameworks you can work in. Each program inside Adobe is visually layed out in a structured way where you can access apps, widgets, grab, drag and drop, add, take away…

All within seconds. This means you can work faster, make changes without anything breaking , and really get a full handle on creating spectacular designs and innovating for the future.

Final Verdict: Is Adobe A Real Scam?

Most definetely not. Adobe is as real as thebillionaires of this world like Jeff Bezos, Richard Branson, Warren Buffet, Bill Gates, and I could be here for hours but I won’t!

Adobe brings your thoughts and dreams into rreality, brings your designs to life, gives your work real meaning at the end of the day, and there’s no greater feeling than the satisfaction that you went 100% in on making sure your designs were the best.

I use Adobe on a daily basis for my business and whether it’s getting stock photos for my blog, editing photos to make them pop, adding a downloadable PDF, or for anything else, I know Adobe will be there for me
