What I Liked Most About Commercial Loan Broker Institute
There were plenty of things I liked but If I had to narrow it down to just ONE thing it would have to be the full access to a lender network of top quality and diverse network.
It can be tough to find top lenders to work with let alone have to build relationships with them so they’re comfortable enough to help you but with Commercial Loan Broker you’re provided with these relationships by getting access to a private group of lenders…

What I Liked Least
I really don’t like how pricy the course is and the fact that you have a lot of different loan types to work with different lenders can feel very overwhelming and that you have to work directly with the lenders as opposed to just being the middleman.
